Located along the coast of Chennai, this studio apartment with an open floor plan was designed to house contemporary & industrial-style interiors for a millennial couple.

A smooth, clean, and utilitarian ambiance to the space is created by using concrete, metal & glass as the key materials of this project.

The huge industrial windows help bring in the tropical sunshine to the main living spaces. The furnishings are given a striking finish to contrast the visually heavy industrial colors and the simple layout serves utilitarian needs without
compromising on the comfort or the look of the apartment.
